Šperploča breza sirova
Izrađena je spajanjem brezovih furnira te obostrano ili jednostrano brušena ovisno o kvaliteti površine. Ima široku primjenu a posebno na mjestima gdje se zahtjevaju visoke tehničke karakteristike.
Ovisno o vrsti ljepila kojim se furniri spajaju dijelimo je na šperploču za unutarnju upotrebu (MR) i šperploču za vanjsku upotrebu (WBP)

Može se obrađivati na mnogo načina, oplemenjivanjem filmom ili kompozitnim materijalima, lakirati, uljiti, krojiti na dimenzije, CNC, glodati, bušiti, spajati, scarf joint spajati.

- BBIII for finishing and coating with transparent and non-transparent thicker overlays and films, veneering and applications where a solid face is required.
- WGE plywood of WG grade without open defects (repaired with filler), for overlaying with non-transparent finishing material.
- WGIV for use where surface appearance is not important, reverse grade.
- Surface appearance classification fulfills the requirements of EN 635.
U proizvodnji se za međusobno spajanje furnira koristi više vrsta ljepila a dijelimo ih prema karakteristikama na MR ( vlagootporna) i WBP ( vodootporna)
- MR - vlagootporno ljepilo koristimo za tzv. običnu šperploču koja nije za vanjsku uporabu
- WBP - Melaminsko ljepilo
- WBP - Fenol formaldehidno ljepilo

Riga Ply can be processed in many different ways, including film overlaying or special composite materials, lacquering, oiling, cut-to-size, CNC, drilling, milling, jointing, edge machining, assembling in sets, scarf jointing.
